RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. However if you are not satisfied with an item you can request a return or refund.

The return request is an essential condition for the acceptance and reimbursement of the returned products.

1) You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the package to withdraw. We do not exchange, only refund after product return by parcel is possible. We invite you to place a new order online.

2) We bear the cost of transportation. To do this, click on the PRODUCT RETURN (France) link, and fill out the form (indicate your order number, your email, your telephone number and the reason for the return.).

3) Please insert the order number in the package.

4) We will refund after receipt.

5) It may take a few days before the refund is made: 3 to 8 days, each refund is made via the payment method made during your purchase.

After the 14-day period, we will be unable to return parcels and refund.  You must send us the goods with their original packaging, intact, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with their labels and their hygiene sticker.

We reserve the right to refuse the product if these conditions are not met. Faulty or damaged goods received? If so, we apologize.

Outside France

You have 14 days after receipt of the package to withdraw. We do not cover shipping costs.

• Keep the invoice in the package AND the pre-printed return form.

• Any extra cost problem due to custom fees or otherwise will not be our responsibility.
